From a young age, Kanksha observed life with uncommon depth and clarity. Her sensitivity to human emotion, unconscious signals, and subtle patterns led her to question the deeper mechanisms behind growth, identity, and transformation. A powerful realization in her early years—rooted in the concept of intention—ignited a lifelong journey of studying the internal worlds that shape external outcomes.

Despite an impressive academic and corporate background (Computer Science, IIM MBA, Ernst & Young consulting), she felt called to explore human evolution at its core. Kanksha realized that true breakthroughs don’t come from advice or surface-level strategies, but from restructuring the unconscious mind—the space where identity, beliefs, behaviors, and brilliance reside.

Over years of personal experimentation and immersive research across neuroscience, behavior, occult sciences, and systemic thinking, she developed Quanta Installations Technology (QIT)—a sophisticated 1:1 transformation framework that installs powerful internal shifts at the neurological level. It goes beyond therapy, coaching, or motivation, and instead works at the level where identity breathes and unconscious change sticks for a lifetime.
